2.保證液壓油清潔?；炷翑嚢柽\輸車(chē)工作環(huán)境惡劣，一定要防止污水泥沙進(jìn)入液壓系統。液壓油要按使用手冊要求定期更換。一旦檢查時(shí)發(fā)現液壓油中混入水或泥沙，就要立即停機清洗液壓系統、更換液壓油。
Keep the hydraulic oil clean. The working environment of concrete mixer truck is bad, so it is necessary to prevent dirty cement sand from entering the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly according to the requirements of the manual. Once it is found that the hydraulic oil is mixed with water or sediment, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to clean the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil.
3.保證液壓油冷卻裝置有效。要定時(shí)清理液壓油散熱器，避免散熱器被水泥堵塞，檢查散熱器電動(dòng)風(fēng)扇運轉是否正常，防止液壓油溫度超標。液壓部分只要保證液壓油清潔，一般故障不多;但生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家不同，使用壽命則不一樣。
