小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)卸料門(mén)接近開(kāi)關(guān)與卸料門(mén)上的轉柄指針接近距離不超過(guò)5mm才能感應信號。當卸料門(mén)因油泵壓力未達到要求或卸料門(mén)在關(guān)閉時(shí)被小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)里的殘料卡住時(shí)，接近開(kāi)關(guān)接近不到轉柄指針而沒(méi)有信號，因接近開(kāi)關(guān)或轉柄指針松動(dòng)，使接近距離超過(guò)5mm時(shí)，接近開(kāi)關(guān)也感應不到信號。如接近開(kāi)關(guān)損壞也沒(méi)有信號輸出。
