The upper electrical system of the mixer consists of three parts: the electric control device of the water supply system (electric water pump control part, pneumatic water supply system electric control alarm device), the cooling fan control part and the rear clearance lamp, side marker lamp and work lamp.

①電動(dòng)水泵控制部分 電動(dòng)水泵操作開(kāi)關(guān)位于車(chē)后部右側開(kāi)關(guān)盒上，在電動(dòng)水泵工作前應先確保發(fā)動(dòng)機運轉、水箱有水、水管閥門(mén)打開(kāi)。水箱水用完時(shí)應關(guān)停水泵，嚴禁無(wú)水空轉電動(dòng)水泵，以免損壞電動(dòng)水泵。電 動(dòng)水泵工作時(shí)開(kāi)關(guān)盒內蜂鳴器鳴叫，起警示作業(yè)。
① The electric water pump operation switch of the electric water pump control part is located on the right switch box at the rear of the vehicle. Before the electric water pump works, ensure that the engine runs, the water tank has water and the water pipe valve is opened. When the water tank is used up, the water pump shall be shut down. It is strictly prohibited to idle the electric water pump without water to avoid damaging the electric water pump. When the electric water pump is working, the buzzer in the switch box will sound for warning operation.
②氣壓式供水系統電控報警裝置 打開(kāi)駕駛室內原水泵開(kāi)關(guān)，氣壓式供水系統蜂鳴控制器繼電器得電，蜂鳴器鳴叫，同時(shí)電磁氣閥接通，氣源從儲氣筒經(jīng)電磁閥進(jìn)入噴水壓力水罐，打開(kāi)噴水閥進(jìn)行噴水洗車(chē)作業(yè)，噴水洗車(chē)完畢后蜂鳴器仍在鳴叫，提醒操作者關(guān)閉水泵開(kāi)關(guān)。

冷卻風(fēng)扇的啟停由溫控開(kāi)關(guān)自動(dòng)控制，溫度高于65℃時(shí)風(fēng)扇啟動(dòng)，低于60℃時(shí)風(fēng)扇停止。溫控開(kāi)關(guān)位于冷卻器上，繼電器與保險片在駕駛室內配電盒內。
The start and stop of the cooling fan is automatically controlled by the temperature control switch. The fan starts when the temperature is higher than 65 ℃ and stops when the temperature is lower than 60 ℃. The temperature control switch is located on the cooler, and the relay and fuse are in the power distribution box in the cab.
3）后示廓燈、側標志燈、工作燈部分 后示廓燈、側標志燈用于夜間表示車(chē)后部輪廓大小、側面輪廓，與后牌照燈同時(shí)點(diǎn)亮、熄滅。工作燈用于夜間進(jìn)料與卸料照明，開(kāi)關(guān)在駕駛室內。
3) Rear clearance lamp, side marker lamp, work lamp part rear clearance lamp and side marker lamp are used to indicate the size and side contour of the rear of the vehicle at night, and turn on and off at the same time as the rear license plate lamp. The working light is used for night feeding and unloading lighting, and the switch is in the cab.
