攪拌筒是整個(gè)三輪底盤(pán)攪拌車(chē)的關(guān)鍵部件,作為存儲混凝土的容器,對防止其固化、離析起著(zhù)決定性的作用。它由拌筒體、托輪等組成。筒體由前錐段、后錐段、圓柱段、封頭、葉片、進(jìn)料小錐、滾道等組焊而成。前端與減速機連接在一起,后部通過(guò)托輪支撐在副車(chē)架上。

攪拌車(chē)副車(chē)架是三輪底盤(pán)攪拌車(chē)主要的承重部分,作業(yè)時(shí)的載荷幾乎都是通過(guò)它來(lái)支撐,加上在行使中由于路面的顛簸和加、減速形成的沖擊載荷,都對副車(chē)架的結構提出很高的要求。整個(gè)副車(chē)架由主梁、前臺支撐架、后臺支撐架組成。主梁采用整體箱型結構梁,從根本上增強了它的抗扭、抗折、抗拉性能,保障了剛性要求。在副車(chē)架主梁下鋪設帶孔鋼板以避開(kāi)底盤(pán)上凸起的鉚釘,同時(shí)讓主梁的方向與底盤(pán)車(chē)身大梁方向保持一致,盡可能加大副車(chē)架與底盤(pán)的接觸面積。另一方面,在兩根主梁之間加裝輔助橫梁,調整主梁各段的剛性,讓載荷在副車(chē)架整個(gè)長(cháng)度上更均勻的分布。

The steel plate with holes shall be laid under the main beam of the subframe to avoid the protruding rivets on the chassis. At the same time, the direction of the main beam shall be consistent with the direction of the main beam of the chassis body, and the contact area between the subframe and the chassis shall be increased as much as possible. On the other hand, the auxiliary beam is added between the two main beams to adjust the rigidity of each section of the main beam, so that the load is more evenly distributed in the whole length of the subframe.
進(jìn)出料裝置由進(jìn)料斗、出料斗、主卸料槽、副卸料槽、支架、鎖緊架等組成,是三輪底盤(pán)攪拌車(chē)的重要組成部分,直接影響到進(jìn)出料的速度和質(zhì)量。進(jìn)、出料斗通過(guò)支架和副車(chē)架的后臺支撐架相連。

出料斗及主卸料槽內加有襯板,襯板采用高強度細晶粒合金鋼,其耐磨能力為Q345A(原16Mn)的1.59倍,大幅度的提高了耐磨性。主卸料槽能使混凝土朝所要求的方向卸出,副卸料槽起延長(cháng)主卸料槽的長(cháng)度的作用。在副卸料槽接長(cháng)時(shí),拉下副卸料槽上的鎖柄,鎖緊。鎖緊架在卸料槽不工作時(shí),將主卸料槽鎖定。

操作系統由控制器、聯(lián)動(dòng)軸、軟軸及連桿機構組成,主要控制攪拌筒的轉速及旋轉方向。三輪底盤(pán)攪拌車(chē)后部?jì)蓚雀鞑贾靡惶卓刂破?,左右控制器可以?shí)現聯(lián)動(dòng),控制器上只有一根操縱桿,接出端分別通過(guò)連桿機構連接到變量泵上,通過(guò)改變泵上控制柄的角度來(lái)調節油泵的流量,實(shí)現控制筒體轉動(dòng)的方向和速度,可以左右移動(dòng)來(lái)控制;同時(shí)還有接出端通過(guò)軟軸連到發(fā)動(dòng)機的油門(mén)上,在需要加大轉速時(shí)可上下操縱來(lái)控制此操縱桿來(lái)實(shí)現筒體轉速的提高。
