2.全自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌車(chē)的換向閥如果出現不能換向或者換向動(dòng)作緩慢的情況,一般是因彈簧被卡住或損壞、潤滑不良、油污或雜質(zhì)卡住滑動(dòng)部分等原因引起的。方法:我們應先檢查全自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌車(chē)油霧器的工作是否正常,潤滑油的粘度是否合適。方法:應更換全自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌車(chē)潤滑油,清洗換向閥的滑動(dòng)部分,或更換彈簧和換向閥。
2. 3. 在檢查全自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌車(chē)電路故障之前,要先將換向閥的手動(dòng)旋鈕轉動(dòng)幾下,看換向閥在額定氣壓下是否可以正常換向,若能正常換向,則是電路有故障;檢查時(shí),可以用儀表測量電磁線(xiàn)圈的電壓,看是否達到了額定電壓,如果電壓過(guò)低,應進(jìn)一步檢查控制電路中的電源和相關(guān)聯(lián)的行程開(kāi)關(guān)電路。如果在額定電壓下?lián)Q向閥不能正常換向,則應檢查電磁圈的接頭是否松動(dòng)或接觸不實(shí),檢查方法:拔下插頭,測量線(xiàn)圈的阻值,如果阻值太大或太小,說(shuō)明電磁線(xiàn)圈已損壞,需要更換。
