When the engine or hydraulic pump of small concrete mixer truck fails, the following two methods can be used to solve the problem:

1.連接緊急驅動(dòng)軟管，依靠其他攪拌車(chē)的動(dòng)力，驅動(dòng)攪拌筒旋轉并將混凝土排出，此時(shí)需要一臺救援車(chē)的增援，故障車(chē)與救援車(chē)的連接方式。如果是減速器同時(shí)發(fā)生故障，則不能夠采用這種方法。具體的操作步驟是：

1. Connect the emergency drive hose and drive the mixing drum to rotate and discharge the concrete with the power of other mixer trucks. At this time, a rescue vehicle is needed to reinforce the emergency drive hose, and the connection mode between the failure vehicle and the rescue vehicle. If the reducer fails at the same time, this method can not be used. The specific operation steps are as follows:

（1）準備好一根緊急驅動(dòng)軟管，卸下接管和接頭蓋；

(1) Prepare an emergency drive hose and remove the nozzle and connector cover;

（2）將故障小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機熄火，將緊固螺母朝左旋松，再將旋鈕朝右旋轉直到不能再旋轉為止，將高壓軟管從馬達接頭處卸下，將緊急驅動(dòng)軟管接到馬達接頭上，把緊急驅動(dòng)軟管上的接管與故障車(chē)卸下的高壓軟管相接，以防漏油；

(2) Turn off the engine of the small-scale concrete mixer, loosen the fastening nut to the left, and then turn the knob to the right until it can not be rotated any more. Remove the high-pressure hose from the motor connector, connect the emergency drive hose to the motor connector, and connect the connecting pipe on the emergency drive hose with the high-pressure hose removed from the fault truck to prevent oil leakage;

（3）將驅動(dòng)車(chē)操作手柄置于空檔位置，將發(fā)動(dòng)機熄火，將高壓軟管從高壓油管處卸下，將緊急驅動(dòng)軟管接到高壓油管上，用緊急驅動(dòng)軟管上的接頭蓋將驅動(dòng)車(chē)的高壓軟管蓋起，以防漏油；

(3) Put the operation handle of the driving vehicle in the neutral position, turn off the engine, remove the high-pressure hose from the high-pressure oil pipe, connect the emergency drive hose to the high-pressure oil pipe, and cover the high-pressure hose of the driving vehicle with the joint cover on the emergency drive hose to prevent oil leakage;

（4）啟動(dòng)救援車(chē)的發(fā)動(dòng)機；

(4) Start the engine of the rescue vehicle;

（5）將救援車(chē)的操作手柄撥“出料”位置，使故障車(chē)內的混凝土排出；

(5) Turn the operation handle of the rescue vehicle to the "discharging" position to discharge the concrete in the failure vehicle;

（6）緊急啟動(dòng)完畢，使兩車(chē)各自恢復原狀。

(6) After the emergency start, the two vehicles were restored to their original state.

2.打開(kāi)攪拌筒檢修孔的孔蓋，旋松高壓軟管的管接頭，將混凝土從攪拌筒的檢修孔內排出。

2. Open the manhole cover of the mixing drum, loosen the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose, and discharge the concrete from the manhole of the mixing drum.

█液壓馬達故障：

當小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)液壓馬達發(fā)生故障時(shí)，也有兩種方法可供選擇：

When the hydraulic motor of small concrete mixer fails, there are two methods to choose from

1.換上新的液壓馬達，使小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)攪拌筒恢復正常運轉，從而將混凝土排出。

1. Replace the new hydraulic motor to make the mixing drum of small concrete mixer return to normal operation, so as to discharge the concrete.

2.打開(kāi)攪拌筒檢修孔的孔蓋，卸下液壓馬達，將混凝土從攪拌筒檢修孔內排出。

2. Open the manhole cover of the mixing drum, remove the hydraulic motor, and discharge the concrete from the manhole of the mixing drum.
